The Statesman’s Yearbook from Palgrave Macmillan has relaunched following a series of enhancements made by Semantico. The Statesman’s Yearbook is an indispensable reference tool and has been published in print since 1864. It covers international affairs, with expanded coverage of history, politics, economics, trade and infrastructure for each country, all thoroughly researched and verified by a dedicated editorial team.
Following the brief by Palgrave Macmillan, the development team at Semantico made the following updates to the site:
• New comparison functionality
• Improved left hand navigation
The changes have been designed to positively enhance the user experience. The new comparison functionality allows users to compare specific key fields within the database across all the countries on a single page. The improvements to the navigation within the chronologies section reduces the number of clicks required to reach individual pages and navigate between chronologies.
