All aboard for the Semantico Wayzgoose!

As you all know, we like to work hard at Semantico Towers. But all this work has left very little time for play and so to redress this work/play balance we drafted the expert help of Development Team Leader, Mr Declan Newman.

Declan, a lifelong supporter and frequenter of local hostelries, suggested a Wayzgoose might be in order. A Wayzgoose is a term for a works outing, although it originally applied to the world of printing, not digital publishing.

Not willing to let terminology get in the way of proceedings, a select group of enthusiastic Semantico staff gamely entered into the spirit of things and visited a handpicked selection of East Sussex’s finest watering holes (four to be precise).

Despite the required dress code of North Face outerwear, the sun shone and a very happy Saturday was spent by all. Friendships were forged, Toad in the Hole was played and no doubt, work was discussed. Even the boss had a good time! Happy days.
